The service is made up of the following aspects: Facilitating communication, information sharing and discovery within sports communities We want to strengthen your relationships within the sports community. This will be achieved by continuously evolving our systems to understand what you need and use that information to help you. Our goal is to facilitate communication, share information and discover people within sports. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and safe environment We offer resources to our sports community members that help to make their experiences positive and inclusive. We work to combat abuse and violations of our terms and policies, as well as harmful or deceptive behaviour. We use all the information we have-including your information-to try to keep our platform secure. We may share information about misuse or harmful content with law enforcement.Developing technologies that help us consistently serve our growing sports communities. Organising and analysing information for our growing sports communities is central to our service. A big part of our service is creating and using technologies that help us personalise, protect, and improve our service on a large scale for a global sports community. Technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning and automation will help us implement complex processes across our service and ensure the functionality and integrity of our service.Ensuring a secure global infrastructure for our service To provide our service globally, we must store and transfer data across our systems around the world, including outside of your country of residence. This infrastructure may be owned or operated by INTEAM Technology Solutions Private Limited, or its affiliates. Connecting you with brands, products, and services in ways you care about We use data from INTEAM, as well as from third-party partners, to show you ads, offers, and other sponsored content that we believe will be meaningful to you. We will try to make that content as relevant as all your other experiences on INTEAM. Research and innovationWe use the information we have to improve our service. We collaborate with others on research to make our service better and contribute to the well-being of our sports communities. We engage in research to develop, test and improve our services. This includes analysing the data we have about our users and understanding how people use our Services. For example, by conducting surveys, testing and troubleshooting new features. INTEAM provides the service subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these terms of service. In addition, when you avail of any of the service, you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such specific service, which will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms of service by reference. INTEAM reserves the right to change or modify the website, the contents thereof, and these terms of service at any time without any prior intimation to you. All modifications will be posted on the website and will become effective immediately upon such posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after such change or modification shall be deemed to be your agreement to the revised/modified terms of service. Termination

Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. OBLIGATION for Coaches and Academy
Any booking or leads are generated by us and executed by you, solely you as an executor for the said services as mentioned on the website by you, only you will be liable for all discrepancy and mishap . Inteam is solely an aggregator which will provide you with leads through its medium of different ways of marketing. Clients booking and paying through inteam.co.in website / mobile app for your services are protected with guarantee of full refund of money by coaches/academy for any discrepancy and logic reason provided by client / guardian / parents / child/ kids . Any physical damage caused due to negligence of coaches / academy for training services, default equipment , damaged material use is solely your responsibility and any composition claimed by the registered client is solely your responsibility . Any payment paid through the inteam payment gateway for your services will be credited within 3 working days.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. Disputes Resolution If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
ELIGIBILITY
You will be eligible to visit the website and/or utilise the services on the website only if you or your guardian are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. A person is competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, if he/she is above eighteen (18) years of age, is of sound mind and is not disqualified from contracting by any law to which he/she is subject. REGISTRATION
Registration and profile In general, you can visit our website without revealing your identity or any personal information about yourself. However, you will not be able to access certain areas of the services which require prior registration on the website and/or need you to reveal your identity and/or other information about you. You may also opt to receive general updates and other correspondence from INTEAM without payment of any fee by submitting only your name, email and phone number. Registration on the website, opting for any of the services, however, shall require you to pay a fee as appropriate. The fee paid is non-refundable, however, INTEAM may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the amount to you after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. You will not be eligible for any refunds if you are unable to receive the services due to poor internet connectivity issues or technical errors at your end. All decisions of INTEAM regarding refunds shall be final. Refunds, if any, shall always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made of the fee. While registering on the website, you might be required to create a profile by entering certain specified information which shall include (but not be limited to) information related to your identities such as your username, name, date of birth, age, email address, phone number, government-issued ID proof, experience, qualifications, location, address and work/educational experience. Additionally, by creating your profile and submitting your information, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms of service and INTEAM’s privacy policy. You hereby also authorise INTEAM to store, index or archive in INTEAM’s database, subject to these terms of service and the privacy policy, all information obtained pursuant to your registration on the website. You hereby agree that part or all of this information may be shared with INTEAM’s existing or future clients or affiliates as part of its services to such clients or association with such affiliates. As a pre-condition to using the services, you are required to register on the website, create a profile with the requisite information and select a password and username. The registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current at all times. INTEAM reserves the right to terminate any user account that you may set up on the website, if it finds, in its sole and absolute determination, that you are in breach of the eligibility criteria set out above or if you violate any of the terms set out herein. If INTEAM finds the information provided by you to be incorrect, you will be asked to re-do your registration. You hereby agree that your registration on the Website is not a guarantee for procuring any professional opportunities, and you agree that you shall not hold INTEAM liable for the same.

You shall be solely responsible for the verification of the information provided to you by INTEAM.
